Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 50 Milliliter
  White wine vinegar 25 Milliliter
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Chopped tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Handful, Fresh)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Herbes de provence 1 Pinch, dried
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and whisk well until an almost mayonnaise-like consistency is achieved.
