Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Burgundy wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless sirloin 1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend water, wine and cornstarch in 3-qt casserole.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 20 to 30 minutes, or until meat is fork tender, stirring once or twice.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
