Easy French Onion Soup
|Onions||3 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Beef broth||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Toasted french bread slice||6|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In 3-qt casserole, place onions and butter.
Microwave at High (10) 10 Minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
Add broth, water, salt and pepper.
Cover and Microwave at High (10) 8 to 10 Minutes.
Spoon soup into 6 individual bowls and top each serving with 1 slice toasted bread.
Divide cheese evenly among servings (1/4 cup per serving).
Microwave up to 3 bowls at a time, allowing 3/4 to 1 Minute per serving.
