|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Chopped chives/Chopped spring onion||2 Tablespoon|
Cook the spaghetti, drain and mix with the cheese sauce, add egg yolks, seasoning and chives or spring onions.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Place in an ovenproof dish.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes in centre of moderately hot oven (400°F - Gas Mark 5).
