|Drained canned white beans/Drained canned dried kidney beans||1 Pound|
|Liquid from beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Frankfurters||8 Ounce, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Cooked sliced carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs), no sugar added|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover; bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes.
Remove cover and continue cooking until thickened, stirring occasionally.
