Quick And Easy Cassoulet

Ingredients
  Drained canned white beans/Drained canned dried kidney beans 1 Pound
  Liquid from beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Frankfurters 8 Ounce, cut into bite-size pieces
  Cooked sliced carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs), no sugar added
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover; bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes.
Remove cover and continue cooking until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Divide evenly.
