Breakfast Souffle

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , separated
  Egg whites 2
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yellow food coloring 2 Drop
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat 3 egg whites until soft peaks form.
In deep cereal bowl microwave margarine at High 30 to 45 seconds, or until melted.
Blend food coloring, egg yolk, milk, basil, salt and pepper.
Fold into egg whites.
Pour into cereal bowl.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until mixture is set and no liquid can be seen in bottom of dish.
Lift edge to check for liquid.
