Vegetarian Hors D Oeuvre
|Green beans||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , halved|
|White bread slice||2 , toasted and broken into pieces (Crust Trimmed)|
|Walnut halves||4 , toasted|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Cook beans in salted water to cover until tender.
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until well browned.
Combine with beans, eggs, toast, walnuts, salt and pepper in processor or blender and mince finely.
Transfer to bowl, cover and chill.
