Vegetarian Hors D Oeuvre

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , halved
  White bread slice 2 , toasted and broken into pieces (Crust Trimmed)
  Walnut halves 4 , toasted
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cook beans in salted water to cover until tender.
Drain well.
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until well browned.
Combine with beans, eggs, toast, walnuts, salt and pepper in processor or blender and mince finely.
Transfer to bowl, cover and chill.
