French Style Green Beans In Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Green beans 2 Pound, sliced in half lengthwise
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Steam the beans, keeping them crisp.
This will take about 5 minutes.
Rinse beans in cold water.
Whisk together the mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil and pour over the green beans tossing to combine.
