Cottage Cheese Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal bread slices/Whole wheat bread slices 2
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced-calorie margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie strawberry spread 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl; spread on 1 slice of bread and top with remaining bread to form a sandwich.
In small bowl beat egg with water; transfer to small shallow pan and soak sandwich, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until all egg is absorbed.
Melt margarine in small skillet; add sandwich.
Cook until bottom is golden brown; turn and brown other side.
Top with strawberry spread and serve.
