Savory Minced Steak With Souffle Topping

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Small
  Onion 1 Small
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce
  Tomatoes 2
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced steak 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Oregano/Mixed herbs 1 Pinch
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
For souffle topping
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, finely grated
  Evaporated milk 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Remove seeds from pepper, peel onion, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Chop the vegetables and fry in the heated oil for 2-3 minutes, add oregano or herbs and seasoning.
Place the minced steak in an ovenproof dish and top with the vegetables.
Make the souffle topping by melting the cheese in the evaporated milk in a basin placed over a saucepan of hot water.
Allow to cool slightly.
Stir in the egg yolks and seasoning.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cheese mixture.
Place on top of the vegetables.
Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (375°F - Gas Mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.
Serve at once garnished with parsley.
