Merrick Inn's Style French Silk Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch graham cracker crust 1 , baked and cooled
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Whole eggs 2
  Bitter chocolate 2 Ounce, melted and cooled (2 Squares Unsweetened)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Garnish)
Directions

Cream 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup sugar. Add 2 egg yolks, and beat until well blended. Add 2 whole eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add 2 squares of melted and cooled unsweetened chocolate and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour into baked and cooled graham cracker crust. Serve with whipped topping on top. This is a wonderful pie for chocolate lovers! It is also an elegant ending to an elegant meal. I hope you enjoy it!
