Pot Au Feu
|Prepared mashed potatoes||8|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Mixed vegetables||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Shredded cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Stage1-Fry onions in 1 tablespoon butter until transparent.
Stage2-Add hamburger, brown. Drain.
Stage3-Line ovenproof dish with 1/2 of the mashed potatoes, top with hamburger - onion mixture.
Stage4-Top with drained vegetables, then put remaining mashed potatoes on top.
Stage5-Sprinkle shredded cheese over it.
Stage6-Bake in 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated.
