Main Course Crepes
|Sauce au vin blanc||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced cooked chicken breast/Turkey/fish/drained water-pack tuna/lobster/crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
1. Combine one-third cup Sauce au Vin Blanc with chicken, turkey or seafood. Spoon mixture evenly into Low Calorie Crepes. Roll up; place seam-side down in 2 individual, shallow, baking dishes (2 per dish). Cover dishes with foil.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 10 minutes. Heat the remaining sauce gently; spoon over crepes.
