Ingredients
  Sauce au vin blanc 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced cooked chicken breast/Turkey/fish/drained water-pack tuna/lobster/crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Low-calorie crepes 4
Directions

1. Combine one-third cup Sauce au Vin Blanc with chicken, turkey or seafood. Spoon mixture evenly into Low Calorie Crepes. Roll up; place seam-side down in 2 individual, shallow, baking dishes (2 per dish). Cover dishes with foil.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 10 minutes. Heat the remaining sauce gently; spoon over crepes.
