4 Clove (20 gm)
1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked, drained and rinsed
1 Cup (16 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1 Teaspoon (to taste)
1. In a food processor, add garlic, walnuts and blend until the nuts are pulsed to small pieces.
2. Add the basil, spinach, salt, coconut butter and pulse it for about 2 minutes until well combined and smooth.
3. While pulsing the mixture pour in the orange juice and blend it until smooth and creamy. Once done, transfer it into a jar and refrigerate it.
4. Serve this walnut pate spread over toasted bread slices or crackers.
