Ingredients
  Condensed beef consomme 2 Can (20 oz), chilled
  Stalk celery 1 Small
  Carrot 1⁄2 Small, pared
  Radishes 6 , washed and trimmed
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Small, pared
  Green onion 1 , trimmed
Directions

1. Empty jellied consomme into a medium-size bowl; keep in refrigerator while cutting up vegetables.
2. Cut celery, carrot, radishes and cucumber into 1-inch-long strips; slice green onion thin; fold into consomme.
3. Chill, at least 1 hour before serving, stirring once or twice.
