Jellied Bouillon Julienne
|Condensed beef consomme||2 Can (20 oz), chilled|
|Stalk celery||1 Small|
|Carrot||1⁄2 Small, pared|
|Radishes||6 , washed and trimmed|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Small, pared|
|Green onion||1 , trimmed|
1. Empty jellied consomme into a medium-size bowl; keep in refrigerator while cutting up vegetables.
2. Cut celery, carrot, radishes and cucumber into 1-inch-long strips; slice green onion thin; fold into consomme.
3. Chill, at least 1 hour before serving, stirring once or twice.
