Hamburger French Onion Soup
|Onions||10 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Beef stock||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon cubes||2|
Brown the butter in a large kettle.
Add the hamburger and cook until brown, stirring frequently.
Add the onions, beef stock, water and bouillon cubes and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with squares of buttered toast and Parmesan cheese.
