Low Calorie Crepes
|Skim milk||3 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
1. Combine egg, milk, flour and salt in a small bowl. Blend with a fork until batter is smooth.
2. Spray a small, nonstick skillet with lecithin spray or wipe lightly with vegetable oil.
3. Heat skillet over high heat. Pour in a scant 1/4 cup of batter; rotate pan to spread batter. When top of crepe is dry, turn to brown the other side. Edges should just curl. Turn crepe out onto a cookie sheet. Continue baking crepes with remaining batter.
4. Use for Main Course Crepes or Dessert Crepes .
