French Beef Bake

Ingredients
  Cubed cooked beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine/1 cup apple cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned white kidney beans 2 Pound, drained (2 Can)
  Boiled onions 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Brown beef in butter or margarine in a medium-size skillet; stir in salt, thyme, pepper and wine or cider; heat to boiling.
2. Spoon into a 6-cup baking dish; stir in beans and onions; cover.
3. Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly-hot. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
