French Apple Brie Tart

Ingredients
  Pie crusts 15 Ounce (All Ready)
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
For cheese filling
  Brie cheese 4 Ounce
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
For apple filling
  Thinly sliced peeled apples 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
For glaze
  Egg white 1
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for two-crust pie using 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Place prepared crust in pan; press in bottom and up sides of pan.
Trim edges if necessary.
In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, blend cheese with rind, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 egg until creamy.
Spread evenly over bottom of pie crust-lined pan.
In medium bowl, combine apple slices, lemon juice and peel; mix well.
Arrange apples evenly over cheese filling.
In same bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar, half-and-half and 1 egg yolk; blend well.
Pour over apple mixture.
To make lattice top, cut remaining crust into 1/2-inch wide strips.
Arrange strips in lattice design over apple mixture.
Trim and seal edges.
In small bowl, combine 1 egg white and water Brush over lattice crust Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar Bake at 400°F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
