French Breakfast Puffs
|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Shortening||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, soft butter, milk and egg in a bowl and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
Roll in melted butter, then in mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon.
