Classic French Meat Roll
|Ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)|
Combine first 8 ingredients and mix.
Prepare the biscuit mix according to package directions, adding the parsley and mustard.
Roll out into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
Spread with the ground beef mixture and roll as for jelly roll.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Mix the soup with the milk in a saucepan and heat through.
Serve with the Meat Roll.
