Thick Mornay Sauce
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Nutmeg||1 Dash, ground|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
1. Place margarine in 2-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 30 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour, salt and nutmeg until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.
2. Microwave uncovered 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture thickens and boils. Stir in cheeses until melted.
