Quick Bearnaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped shallots/Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh tarragon leaves 2
Directions

Put in saucepan and reduce by boiling for 2 minutes.
Pour slowly into 4 beaten egg yolks, stirring constantly.
Place in top of double boiler and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Slowly add, by the spoonful, 4 tablespoons of butter stir and let
