Matisse

Ingredients
  Cognac 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 ml)
  Dubonnet 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Orange peel 1
Directions

Pour the cognac, Dubonnet, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Twist the orange peel above the glass, then drop it in.
