Simple French Bechamel Sauce
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (275 ml)|
1. Melt the butter in a pan, remove from heat, blend in flour, mix well with a wooden spoon. Return to the heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring well.
2. Remove from heat and pour in the milk stirring all the time. Return to the heat again. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time. Add seasoning.
