Cognac Egg Flip

Ingredients
  Cognac 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 milliliter)
  Tawny port 1 Ounce (30 milliliter)
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Pour the cognac, port, egg and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake very well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
