Cognac Egg Flip

|Cognac||1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 milliliter)|
|Tawny port||1 Ounce (30 milliliter)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Pour the cognac, port, egg and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake very well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
