Turnip Souffle

A souffle with distinct flavor of turnip.
Ingredients
  Mashed cooked turnip 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thick white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Eggs 3 , separated
Directions

If turnip and white sauce are freshly prepared, combine and cool, then mix in the next five ingredients.
Add beaten egg yolks and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Spread in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake in a pan of hot water at 325F for 1 hour.
