French Onion Meatloaf
|Minced beef||500 Gram|
|Zucchini||1 , grated|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French onion soup mix||30 Gram|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||60 Gram, thinly sliced|
|Grated tasty cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oyster sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garden salad||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of Your Choice)|
1. Combine meat, zucchini, carrot, breadcrumbs, eggs, soup mix and sour cream.
Trim rind from bacon. Place rasher at each end and in the centre of a greased loaf dish and fill between rashers with mushroom slices, overlapping each slice. Cover with a layer of half the meat mixture, top with cheese and remaining meat, cook on HIGH for twelve minutes. Stand covered for ten minutes.
2. Meanwhile prepare garden salad.
3. Drain meatloaf, turn out on to serving plate, brush with oyster sauce, cook on HIGH for five mintues.
