Smoked Haddock Pate

Ingredients
  Cooked smoked haddock 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 4 Ounce
  Finely chopped onion/Shallot 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Skin and bone fish.
Pound butter and fish together until well blended.
Add onion or shallot, pepper, lemon juice and curry powder, beat well.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
