Smoked Haddock Pate

|Cooked smoked haddock||1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped onion/Shallot||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Skin and bone fish.
Pound butter and fish together until well blended.
Add onion or shallot, pepper, lemon juice and curry powder, beat well.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
