Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
2 egg-yolks
1 tablespoon cream
1 pint hot white sauce
1 dessertspoon butter
2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
Directions

Mix egg yolks and cream into hot white sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture just reaches boiling point; remove from heat.
Stir in butter and grated cheese.
