How-to make fresh herb vinaigrette. This is a simple vinaigrette recipe to can whip up for any dinner.
Ingredients
  White wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Fresh rosemary 3
  Fresh basil 3
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar add in the white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, rosemary, basil and garlic. Blend for 15 seconds until everything is finely minced.
2. Gradually add in the extra virgin olive oil and continue blending for 10-15 seconds or until everything is mixed well.

SERVING
3. Drizzle the Vinaigrette over the fresh salad and toss. Serve and enjoy!
