Crab Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)
For souffle
  Small curd cottage cheese 2 Pound
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, diced
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Fresh crabmeat 12 Ounce
Directions

Beat eggs.
Add all ingredients and mix together.
Bake in a greased 9" x 13" pan at 350° for 1 hr.
