|Smoked mackerel||2 Large, skinned and boned|
|Butter||10 Ounce, softened (275 Gram)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (75 Gram)|
|Lemon juice||1 Fluid Ounce (25 Milliliter)|
|Watercress sprigs||1 (For Garnish)|
Mash the mackerel and butter together with a fork, then mix in the cheese and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill, then garnish with the watercress sprigs.
