Smoked Mackerel Pate

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel 2 Large, skinned and boned
  Butter 10 Ounce, softened (275 Gram)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1 Fluid Ounce (25 Milliliter)
  Watercress sprigs 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Mash the mackerel and butter together with a fork, then mix in the cheese and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill, then garnish with the watercress sprigs.
