French Fried Seafood
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seafood||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat fat or oil (3 to 4 inches) to 375° in deep fat fryer or kettle.
Stir together flour, salt and pepper.
Coat seafood with flour mixture; dip into beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
