Blender French Pudding

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee granules 2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate morsels 6 Ounce (1 package)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Finely crushed ice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine gelatin, coffee, water, and milk in blender container.
Cover and blend about 1 minute.
Add chocolate morsels, sugar, salt, and vanilla; cover and blend about 10 seconds or until smooth.
Keep motor running and add egg yolks, ice, and cream; blend 20 more seconds or until dessert begins to thicken.
Pour into 6 cups or sherbet dishes; chill about 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
