Delicious French Onion Soup
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Canned condensed beef broth||21 Ounce (2 cans, 10 1/2 ounces each)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Thin slices french bread||3 , toasted|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place onions and margarine in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Stir in broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) to boiling, 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Divide 1/2 of soup among 4 bowls; add toast. Pour remaining hot soup over toast; sprinkle with cheese.
