Sausage Egg Souffle

Ingredients
  Egg 6
  Bread slices 6 , cubed (no crust)
  Mild sausage 1 Pound
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown sausage, crumble and drain.
Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard.
Add bread, cheese and sausage.
Put in 8" x 8" glass baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
