Mornay Sauce With Gruyere

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Gruyere cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
Directions

Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
