Easy Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
  Grated cheese 2 Ounce (50 Gram, Parmesan / Cheddar / Gruyere)
  Hot bechamel sauce 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Stir the cheese into the sauce with the paprika, salt and pepper.
Continue mixing until the cheese has melted.
Do not reheat or the cheese will become stringy..
