Ingredients
  Eggs 4 Large
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rum 3 Tablespoon
  Marmalade 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sultana raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

? Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Butter a 1 3/4 -in (4.5-cm) deep baking dish, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 in (30 x 19 cm) in size.
? Place eggs and sugar in bowl; beat together. Add flour and salt; beat to incorporate.
? Add rum, marmalade and raisins; beat well. Pour in milk and beat to incorporate.
? Pour batter into baking dish and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in baking dish and serve cold.
? Cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
