Combine chicory, iceberg, egg and radish slices.
Place half lettuce mixture in row on square platter.
Place tomato wedges next to lettuce mixture in row.
Combine chicken and cheese strips and arrange in a row alongside tomatoes.
Put rest of lettuce mixture beside chicken and cheese.
Complete salad platter with combined mixture of ham, tongue and salami.
