Celery A La Grecque

|Celery hearts||2 (of white celery heads)|
|Vinaigrette sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Finely chopped chives/Parsley||3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 dessertspoon)|
Clean the celery and shred finely.
Put into a pie-dish and pour over the vinaigrette sauce.
Sprinkle the chopped chives or parsley over and allow to stand for 2 hr.
Arrange on a hors d’auvre dish and serve.
