Easy Peach Melba

Ingredients
  Sponge cake rounds 6
  Peaches 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Tin)
  Strawberry jam 4 Tablespoon
  Ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon (1/2 Brick)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Put the rounds of sponge cake into individual ice-cream glasses and place 1/2 a peach, hollow side up on top.
2. Pile the ice-cream into the center of each peach and sprinkle with walnuts.
3. Dilute the jam with some of the fruit syrup and pour it round onto the sponge.
