Vanilla Pot De Creme Au Chocolat
|Blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet baking chocolate square||4 Ounce (4 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop almonds quite fine, spread on baking sheet and put in oven.
Toast, stirring often, until golden, about 10 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water.
