Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Package cream cheese 1 Ounce, softened
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Blend cream cheese and milk.
Add egg yolk and blend thoroughly.
Add lemon juice and salt; beat well.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till of a nice sauce consistency.
Serve over vegetables
