Simple Vegetable Souffle

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Best Food)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked chopped vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs), well drained (Carrots, Peas, Corn, Beets, Summer Squash)
  Green pepper 1
  Egg whites 4
Directions

Very gently stir flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise.
Do not over mix.
Stir in milk slowly.
Stir in vegetables.
Beat egg whites until stiff, gently fold into mayonnaise mixture until well blended.
Pour into a greased souffle' or Corning Ware casserole dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
