Tangy French Bread
|French bread slices||6 Ounce, roasted|
|Low calorie italian dressing||2 Tablespoon (Commercial Variety)|
|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced basil||2 Teaspoon|
Place bread slices on a broiler rack.
Brush top side of each bread slice lightly with salad dressing.
Sprinkle cheese, parsley, and basil evenly over bread slices.
Broil 6 inches from heat until cheese melts.
