Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour cream and buttermilk into a glass jar and stir until well blended.
Cover and let stand at room temperature in a draft-free area, stirring several times, until mixture has thickened, about 24 hours.
Chill thoroughly before using.
