French Toast Muffins
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
|Apple crumb muffins||4 , cut in 3 slices lengthwise (Kirkland Signature)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped to soft peaks|
|Maple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl and beat together. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and mix until well incorporated.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
3. Dip the muffin slices into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
