French Toast Muffins

Ingredients
  Eggs 5
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Grated nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Apple crumb muffins 4 , cut in 3 slices lengthwise (Kirkland Signature)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped to soft peaks
  Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl and beat together. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and mix until well incorporated.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
3. Dip the muffin slices into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
4. Place on a servi
