Easy Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion/1/4 teaspoon instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In 4-cup measure, combine onion and butter.
Cook uncovered, 2 minutes.
Stir in flour and remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered, 3 minutes, 30 seconds or until mixture boils and thickens.
